BIG DISCOUNTS FOR SKI HIRE

It is no secret that the strength of the Swiss currency can dampen enthusiasm for a ski holiday in the Swiss Alps. Fortunately we have come up with a host of special deals to help take some of the sting out of the strong franc. We are delighted to have arranged a whopping 20 per cent discount on the rental of all ski equipment from Mariéthoz Sports, the specialist company, that has a shop and ski lockers right beside the Tracouet lift station and another shop in the centre of the resort opposite the Nendaz Tourism office.

Secret Alps guests can collect their personalised Mariéthoz discount cards on arrival in Nendaz. The cards will confer a 10 per cent discount on purchases made in the shop.

SKI LESSONS

There are 3 ski schools based in Nendaz plus one more based at Siviez. Please let us know when booking Secret Alps if you are interested in lessons because we can advise on the various schools.

We can offer our guests a discount of at least 10 per cent on group lessons from Neige Aventure, a well established specialist. We are also able to offer a 5 per cent discount on group lessons from the Swiss Ski School.

LIFT PASS

Another big ticket item on a ski holiday is the lift pass. For families, the most economic package is the “family rate” whose details are here. We cannot improve on that price but there are some deals available from time to time through SBB, the Swiss Rail Company. Please ask for details when booking Secret Alps.

ARRIVE AND RELAX

Instead of the mad dash at the start of the holiday when you have to pick up skis and lift pass while trying to orient yourself with a new resort, we have devised a way of allowing you to take it easy.

We will advise on how to pre-book all the necessary items so that when you arrive, you collect what you need and can then relax with an extra Secret welcome at the Edelweiss Restaurant.
