In spite of being undiscovered, transport links to Haute Nendaz are excellent. Whether travelling by road, rail or air, communications are fast and easy.
Air
Geneva airport is less than 2 hours away by car. Basle is 2 hours 30 mins and Zurich 2 hours 45 mins. There is also an airport at Sion, only 15 km from Haute Nendaz. Sion has weekly charter flights from London and Edinburgh. It is also home to Air-Glaciers, who can arrange heliskiing and local tours while Alpine Jet Services can arrange private jet and helicopter transfers. All major airlines, including British Airways, flybe, Easyjet and Globespan fly to Geneva with connections not just from London airports but from most UK regional airports too.
Rail
Rail links from all over Europe to Sion are simple. The railway station at Geneva airport means that there is a direct, fast connection from the airport to Sion which takes about 1 hour 45 minutes. Road
There is a regular bus connection from Sion to the centre of the resort.
Driving is straightforward and car hire is available at all airports. Take the A9 motorway to Sion, exit at Sion-Ouest, signposted to Nendaz. It is then 15 km up to Haute Nendaz. In the resort, there are two useful free shuttle buses. One runs from Nendaz to Siviez and the other stays within the resort running from Chaedoz to the Tracouet cable car station.
Private transfer
