From Christmas 2019, the Nendaz ski sector will be fully integrated into the vast 4 Vallées ski domain with a ski and lift link connecting Tracouet – Prarion – Plan du Fou – Siviez. Once in Siviez, you turn right for Mont Fort and Verbier or turn left for Veysonnaz and Thyon. There are over 400km of pistes to explore.
All snow sports are available in winter including downhill skiing, snowboarding, off-piste, ski touring, cross country, competitions, heliski and snowshoes.
The lift pass can be bought, in advance, from the lift company NV Remontées Mécaniques. Details of rates, discounts and special offers are on the company’s website. Note that there is a difference in daily price between the smaller Printse sector (stretching from Nendaz to Thyon) and the entire 4 Vallées.
There are many stores that sell or rent the entire range of ski equipment. In addition, there are many ski schools that offer private or group tuition for every level and age of skier and boarder. Secret Alps has negotiated special rates for our guests at many and will advise on booking.
In summer, the resort is a magnet for hikers who can explore miles of terraced paths beside the bisses or irrigation channels running along the contours of the mountains. Mountain bikers have endless mountain tracks and the challenge of the Grand Raid, the longest mountain bike race in the world.
All visitors love the Spa des Bisses, located in the Hotel Nendaz 4 Vallées about 500m from Secret Alps. It is equipped with everything you need to combine fitness with relaxation. Besides a 15m swimming pool, the Spa offers suites of saunas, steam rooms, flotation basins, a panoramic rest space, children’s area and gym.
Nendaz Tourisme organises a weekly programme for children throughout the year plus an array of activities for non-skiers in winter and visitors in summer.
